I am a Professional Problem Solver

I spent a decade working in Higher Education, across teams including Finance, HR, Student Support, Service Improvement and International Partnerships.

In 2022, I made the jump to the charity sector, becoming a Business Analyst, and working on technology and transformation change projects.

I'm a charity trustee, and a freelance consultant.

I'm passionate about meaningful change, and delivering with radical empathy.

I specialise in coaching and facilitating, both with individuals and teams.
